General Terms for Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Returns: Returns are only accepted within a specified number of days from the receipt of goods. Please review the product category-specific details below to ensure your eligibility.
- Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition, with the original packaging intact. Products that have been used or altered in any way cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective or damaged during transit.
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email address] within the eligible return period, providing your order details and a description of the issue. You will receive return instructions from us.
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and may ask for photos of the product to verify the issue. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) to include with your return shipment.
- Return Shipping: Please return the items to the address provided by our team, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Items returned without prior authorization or that do not meet the return conditions will not be accepted.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned goods and inspect them, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Product-Specific Return & Refund Policies
1. Garments
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Conditions for Returns: Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized clothing or items altered to your specifications cannot be returned.
2. Handicrafts
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Returns: Handicraft items must be unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or personalized handicrafts (such as engravings or custom designs) cannot be returned.
3. Home Furnishings
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Returns: Home furnishings like bedding, curtains, and furniture must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Products that have been assembled or altered in any way, or any custom-made furnishings, are not eligible for return.
4. S. S. Kitchenware
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.
- Conditions for Returns: Kitchenware must be in unused condition, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been used or installed.
- Non-Returnable Items: Personalized kitchenware or items with visible signs of use will not be accepted for return.
5. Medical Equipment
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 5 days of receiving medical equipment.
- Conditions for Returns: Medical equipment must be in the original condition, unused, and unaltered. Items should not be removed from their packaging, and any safety seals should remain intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of the products, all medical equipment sales are final unless the equipment is defective or damaged during transit.
6. Medical Cotton
- Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Returns: Medical cotton products must be in unused, unopened, and undamaged condition. Due to health and safety concerns, used medical cotton products cannot be returned.
- Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used medical cotton products are not eligible for return.
7. Marbles
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
- Conditions for Returns: Marbles and stone products must be in the same condition as when they were received, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized marble products or those that have been altered in any way (e.g., cut, polished) are not returnable.
8. Grains
- Return Window: Due to the perishable nature of grains, we do not accept returns once the product is shipped.
- Conditions for Returns: If the grains are damaged or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 3 days of receipt.
- Non-Returnable Items: Grains are non-returnable unless the product is spoiled, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds are only issued for products that meet the return conditions mentioned above. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer's policies.
- Partial Refunds: In certain cases, if the returned item is not in its original condition, has been used, or is missing parts, a partial refund may be issued.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item as per the return policy and place a new order for the desired item.
